- Managers are a vital part of the New Supervisor Onboarding Program. When you bring a new supervisor onto your team, please encourage their full and engaged participation in the program!
- To learn more about your role in the program, please check out the 10-minute E-Learning course that provides an overview. You can access the course through My Learning, titled "Manager Training for New Supervision Onboarding Program."
- Manager responsibilities in NSOP:
- Assign a Peer Sponsor for your new supervisor.
- Conduct Check-In Meetings with your new supervisor (7 day, 30 day, 60 day, 90 day, 120 day, and 150 day). Use the Check-In Forms to guide your conversations.
- Help your supervisor prep and debrief their training experiences.
- Encourage your supervisor to reach out to key business contacts (ECS, Labor Relations, Safety, etc.).
